Digital stadium specialists ADI have delivered these improvements, which include two new dynamic, immersive tunnels and an additional corner screen above the players’ entrance tunnel. These upgrades are part of a broader digital modernization effort at Turf Moor that has been ongoing for the past three years. The enhancements focus on creating a more engaging atmosphere for both players and fans during matchdays. The new players’ arrival tunnel in the North-East corner welcomes players as they arrive, while the South-West corner tunnel is where players enter the pitch before kick-off. A new immersive corner screen above the players’ entrance tunnel adds to the visual spectacle. ADI has also installed new LED gantries to help manage crowd flow during arrivals and departures on matchdays. The Heroes Tunnel, designed to amplify the excitement of player arrivals, allows junior fans to cheer as players walk the “Claret Carpet” from the team coach into the stadium.
